- Reduce feelings of anxiety and accomplish more utilizing PB to create a task checklist and implement a structured daily, weekly and/or monthly plan.
- Assign point values to tasks to help you prioritize responsibilities, promote accountability, and motivate you to accomplish more.
- Invite a family member, friend, teacher or therapist to become a Sponsor/personal accountability partner who can help you stay on track to achievement.
